Hours for last week

Last Thursday I went to Lake Morton to get some B-roll of the swans an ducks for my package. I also shot my stand-in (and didn't realize I was standing in a pile of ants!!) Then, Friday morning I met with the owner of Black and Brew. I got numerous shots of his cafe and filmed his interview. After school I went to work, and around 7pm I began to capture and edit the segment. I also called the Mayor of Lakeland to schedule an interview for the swan package as well as Steve Platt, a veterinarian to the swans.
Total hours: 5 hours.

This week's progress

I called Black and Brew today to see when they would be available to shoot for my next "Menus and Venues" Package. They have scheduled to interview Friday at 8:40am. Also, I am working on a segment surrounding the "Swans of Lakeland". I'm hoping tomorrow I will have someone to interview for it. I wrote both scripts tonight and am looking forward to getting them finished early next week.

Gandy pool is Hiring Lifeguards!

On Monday I wrote a script and made interview appointments for my "Gandy pool" news segment. On Tuesday I Filmed there from 9:30am to 11:30am. Then I had to go to school and work. I got home and began to capture my footage. Of course, as always it was temperamental . After several attempts, it finally worked correctly. I worked on the package from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. I then uploaded it onto my youtube channel.Total hours this week: 4 hours.
